We maintain a certified Quality Management System to the ISO 9001:2015 standard (with design) and hold additional aerospace certification under AS9100:2016 with Design.

Integrated manufacturing allows us to roll threads, machine parts, assemble sub-systems and inspect all products onsite ensuring full traceability and process oversight.

- We invested in in-house die manufacturing and thread-rolling equipment giving us rapid change-over and tighter tolerances while reducing risk.

Helix Linear Technologies' Supplier Quality Manual (SQM-001) names four key supply-chain requirements for suppliers: right of access, change control, calibration, and foreign-object damage (FOD) prevention. These controls support Helix's AS9100-certified quality management system and help ensure that purchased materials, components, and services meet the requirements of the precision linear motion products Helix supplies to its customers.
- Right of access. Suppliers must allow Helix, its customers, and applicable regulatory authorities access to facilities, processes, and records related to Helix orders. This supports verification of quality and traceability throughout the supply chain.
- Change control. Suppliers must notify Helix and obtain approval before making changes that could affect product conformity. This includes changes to processes, materials, manufacturing locations, or sub-tier suppliers.
- Calibration. Suppliers must maintain calibrated inspection, measuring, and test equipment so that measurement results used to verify product conformity are accurate and traceable.
- Foreign-object damage (FOD) prevention. Suppliers must maintain practices that prevent foreign objects and debris from contaminating or damaging products during manufacturing, handling, packaging, and shipment.
