We maintain a certified Quality Management System to the ISO 9001:2015 standard (with design) and hold additional aerospace certification under AS9100:2016 with Design.
Benchmark Standards & Traceability
- Integrated manufacturing allows us to roll threads, machine parts, assemble sub-systems and inspect all products onsite ensuring full traceability and process oversight.
- We invested in in-house die manufacturing and thread-rolling equipment giving us rapid change-over and tighter tolerances while reducing risk.
- Our Supplier Quality Manual (SQM-001) spells out rigorous requirements for our supply chainincluding right of access, change-control, calibration and foreign-object damage prevention.

We drive “defect prevention” through applied statistical methods, regular training and management review of quality metrics.
