Standard Roller Screws with HRB (HRA-S)

High Load Capacity. Long Service Life. Precision Motion.
The HRA-S combines a standard roller screw with a bearing integrated directly onto the screw shaft. Because the bearing inner ring is machined into the shaft itself, the design eliminates the need for a separate flange and locking hardware, saving both weight and axial space. By maximizing capacity and reliability in a single mechanical package, the HRA-S delivers exceptional power density and is purpose-built for next-generation electric linear actuators.
An optimized, compact, fully integrated linear solution.
Description of the HRA-S, the Standard Roller Screw with Integrated Bearing
By machining the bearing's inner ring directly onto the roller screw shaft, the HRA-S removes an entire layer of separate components, mounting hardware, and interfaces from the actuator design. This reduces part count, tightens tolerances between the rotating bearing and the screw, and shrinks the overall package size without giving up load capacity. The result is a single, purpose-built rotating assembly ready to drop into an electric actuator housing.

Performance
By integrating the bearing inner ring onto the screw shaft, the HRA-S carries both axial and radial loads through a single rotating assembly, rather than distributing them across separate roller screw and bearing components. This consolidation increases power density, reduces the number of interfaces that can introduce play or misalignment, and shortens the overall axial length of the actuator.
